DAMAGE: I have seen collectors remove or replace spines on pennants in their collection. You may want to remove the spine and clean it separately from the pennant. You may want to take a good spine off a bad pennant to replace a bad spine on a good pennant. This can be done fairly easily. Collectors will usually have this done by a tailor or seamstress. |
